Wow, it's been a long time since I updated this.

I finished pulmonary rehab a few months ago and I've continued to work out independently since then. Unfortunately, some injudicious eating in September resulted in me gaining about 5 pounds, so now I have even more extra weight to lose. I'm going to be doing NaNoWriMo in November for the second time. I had fun doing it last year but I didn't get very far, so I'm hoping to do better this year.

More improvements

I did 26 minutes on the exercise bike at rehab yesterday. The exercise is definitely starting to pay off. I've even lost a pound or two since I started rehab.

I'm improving

I've been doing Pulmonary rehab for a bit more than a month now, and it's definitely helping my medical condition. It's just little things that I've been noticing, but they still mean a lot to me. Last Thursday, I was able to do 20 minutes on the exercise bike at rehab and I did fifteen minutes on the bike yesterday. Also, yesterday when I was unloading and assembling my small scooter for rehab, I only needed one rest in the middle, instead of two or three.

Pulmonary rehab

So I've had two sessions of Pulmonary rehab this week and it's actually turned out to be fun. I wasn't expecting that.

Ugggh

I hate going in for Cytoxan. I stay in the hospital over night and get very little sleep, then I go home and spend the next week feeling either nauseous of sleepy.
